Delano Marrakech Hotel and Residences slated to open in 2030

The landmark project positions Marrakech alongside Miami and Dubai while strengthening Delano’s expanding international luxury hospitality portfolio globally.

The development reflects Ennismore’s confidence in Marrakech’s growing influence among internationally recognized luxury resort destinations and lifestyle travel markets.

Luxury resort experience

Delano Marrakech Hotel and Residences will feature 130 guestrooms, including luxury suites, private villas and approximately 80 branded residences. The property overlooks Marrakech landmarks including Jardin Majorelle, Medina Marrakech, Royal Golf Marrakech, Amelkis Golf Club and Atlas Mountains. Notably, Elastic Architects designed the project alongside Ennismore and YAMED, elegantly blending contemporary architecture with locally inspired landscaping throughout.

Furthermore, Delano’s signature pool experience will anchor the property while creating vibrant social environments and seamless indoor and outdoor guest experiences. The development will additionally include immersive wellness facilities, expansive spa experiences, racket courts, fitness amenities and dedicated cultural event spaces.

Gaurav Bhushan, CEO of Ennismore, said: “Delano has always been about creating places that feel both timeless and culturally connected, spaces where design, energy and community come together with ease. Marrakech, with its rich heritage, creative spirit and global appeal, offers a natural setting for the brand. This project allows us to bring Delano’s refined resort experience to a destination that has long inspired travelers, while introducing a new way to live the brand through both hospitality and residential living.”

F&B concepts

Food and beverage concepts curated through Paris Society will shape guest experiences while successfully introducing internationally recognized dining venues regionally. Moreover, Café Delano will transition naturally between morning coffee gatherings and relaxed afternoon experiences. Elsewhere, Rose Bar will introduce Delano’s cinematic nightlife atmosphere through immersive entertainment experiences, intimate gatherings and elevated hospitality programming.

Delano Marrakech Residences will launch sales during late 2026, while the luxury hotel officially opens its doors in 2030.
