The Greenhouse by Vivi
The renovated former plant nursery, located in the gardens of Villa Blumensthil, and transformed into the Botanic Garden Restaurant by the ViVi brand, opened just over a month ago (here's our article). Breakfast begins at 9:00 a.m., and on still-warm days, guests can enjoy Le Serre's secret garden, dotted with fig trees, peach trees, Mediterranean shrubs, flowers, fragrant bushes, aromatic plants, and berries. In Le Serre's open-air lounge, or in the former plant nursery's indoor rooms, guests can choose from 24 teas and organic cakes and desserts made by pastry chef Francesca Cascia. Some specialties? Apple crumble, vegan chocolate cake or brownies, tiramisu, and carrot, orange, and almond tart.
