Wild garlic tzatziki with naan bread
The recipe for wild garlic tzatziki and naan bread may seem daunting at first, but it's not. First, put the flour in a mixing bowl, then add the yeast, baking powder, salt, water, oil, and finally the yogurt, and knead the dough by hand or with a mixer until it forms a smooth dough.
Grate the cucumber on a large grater, then squeeze out the juice thoroughly and place in a bowl. Season with salt and let it rest for 5 minutes to release its juice. While the cucumber is resting, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped shallots and crushed garlic in a bowl. When ready, squeeze the cucumber thoroughly again and add it to the yogurt mixture.
Cut the risen dough into 4 pieces and roll them out into an ellipse about 2 mm thick. Fry in a dry frying pan for 1-2 minutes on each side. Cover the pan while frying the first side.
Place the tzatziki in a bowl and serve with the naan bread.
