Ingredients
1 bag of frozen fries in a crinkle cut, 650g
1 pack of pulled pork with sauce (400g)
375 ml (1 1/2 cups) of Tex-Mex style shredded cheese mix
2 thinly sliced green onions
Optional:
1 jalapeno, deseeded and sliced
Steps
According to the instructions on the fries packaging, preheat the oven and cook the fries on a baking tray.
Spread the pulled pork over the fries, then cover with cheese. Continue baking in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
Set the oven to the "grill" (broil) position and brown the cheese for 2 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and, if desired, jalapenos when serving.
