Edmonton is getting a new restaurant with all-you-can-eat hot pot and sushi

BOM Hot Pot and Sushi is opening in Edmonton next week, and it’s bringing fresh hot pot ingredients, handcrafted sushi, and delectable desserts all under one roof. This new all-you-can-eat hot pot and sushi restaurant is opening its doors soon, and BOM is bringing the experience to the downtown core.

According to its website, the restaurant has a goal of creating a welcoming space where everyone can gather free of stress. “We believe that great food brings people together,” reads BOM’s website. “Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply sharing a meal with loved ones, we hope every visit to BOM feels as warm, refreshing, and joyful as spring itself.”

From Sept. 8 to 10, it will be holding an opening special of $33.99 per person, with all-you-can-eat options including sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi, as well as fresh hot pot meats, seafood, vegetables, noodles, and more. After these three days, adults will be looking at an all-you-can-eat cost of $39.99 from Monday through Thursday and $42.99 from Friday to Sunday.

As for its hours, during its soft opening phase, BOM Hot Pot and Sushi will be open from 5 to 9:30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, 5 to 10:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 5 to 9 p.m. on Sundays. Both walk-ins and reservations are welcome.

For those driving, you’ll be able to find free underground parking as well! If you’re looking to try a new sushi and hot-pot place downtown, this spot is going to be one to check out. Mark your calendars, because BOM’s opening special is one you definitely won’t want to miss.
