This Michelin-starred chef is opening a new restaurant in Edmonton

Yori is a new restaurant coming to Edmonton, curated by Michelin-starred chef Masaki Saito. Saito came to the Canadian culinary scene as a two-time, two-starred Michelin chef, having received two stars in both Toronto and New York.

He curated another restaurant in Edmonton, MSSM, which is known for its traditional Edomae-style omakase experience. He will as well be behind Yori, a new experience coming to downtown Edmonton. This new spot will bring along dishes like Japanese hambagu, Masaki Saito’s udon, and izakaya-style fare.

Even so, going to the new restaurant’s Instagram , it is “coming soon to Edmonton.” Don’t worry, though. We’ll keep you updated on the exact opening date, hours, and everything else you might need to know when the restaurant opens its doors. Keep an eye out, because this new restaurant is going to be nothing short of fantastic.
