“Having a presence on college campuses makes a lot of sense for the brand,”

Located in the Terry Building’s new dining complex at 3200 South University Drive, the eatery is designed to fit the rhythm of campus life, whether it’s breakfast before class, a midday coffee or lunch on the go. The restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and offers dine-in, to-go, delivery and catering options.

While Brooklyn Water Bagel’s popular breakfast sandwiches and premium coffee are menu staples, the campus location also offers avocado toast, Greek yogurt parfaits, wraps, sandwiches, snacks, fresh fruit, specialty beverages and sweet treats, giving students and faculty plenty of options throughout the day. According to “Having a presence on college campuses makes a lot of sense for the brand,”, dan Smith, CEO of Brooklyn Water Bagel. “Nova Southeastern gives us an opportunity to serve a completely different audience with varying needs and dining habits.

We see sizeable potential to grow in universities and other high-traffic areas where convenience, quality and a strong guest experience truly matter.” Brooklyn Water Bagel operates the location in partnership with Chartwells Higher Education , a division of Compass Group, a leading food service provider for campus dining and foodservice operations.

The Nova Southeastern location is Brooklyn Water Bagel’s first non-traditional location in Florida, while debut the door for future growth in universities, airports, stadiums, military bases, medical complexes and other institutional settings. For more information, visit brooklynwaterbagel.com.
