Ingredients · Servings 6
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • olive oil spray
Method · 10 min
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Preheat griddle or nonstick pan.
  3. Spray a little olive oil.
  4. Pour enough pancake batter to form 3-4 inch diameter.
  5. When it begins to bubble, flip over and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Let it cool down before serving.

With just a handful of ingredients in a blender and a pan, you can have them ready in less than 10 minutes.
