Banana flavors take center stage at Ruby Slipper beginning Aug. 5 with a limited-time collection of sweet treats, watermelon beverages and a celebratory centerpiece for the table. The lineup features:

Ruby Slipper Adds Banana and Watermelon Flavors to August Menu
“Banana has a way of bringing people back to their favorite desserts and familiar flavors,”
  • Banana Cloud Beignets ($7.25): New Orleans-style beignets served with banana whipped mascarpone, salted caramel, white chocolate ganache and powdered sugar.
  • Iced Banana Cream Latte ($7): Creamy banana milk blended with espresso and salted caramel.
  • Watermelon Revival ($11.50): Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Aperol/Peychaud’s Aperitivo, fresh lime juice and Watermelon Red Bull.
  • Watermelon Limeade Refresher ($6): Fresh house-made limeade with Watermelon Red Bull.
  • Sparkling for All ($20): A bottle of sparkling wine served with guests’ choice of two juices — watermelon-pomegranate, orange or blueberry-lavender — plus fresh strawberries and blueberry compote for a customizable brunch toast.

Ruby Slipper’s August menu brings together flavors equally suited for a weekday pick-me-up or a leisurely weekend brunch. “Banana has a way of bringing people back to their favorite desserts and familiar flavors,” said Chef Marla Chua, culinary director for Ruby Slipper. “Whether it’s banana pudding, banana cream pie or a favorite childhood treat, it has a way of making people smile. We paired those flavors with watermelon drinks and our Sparkling for All bottle service to create a menu that’s playful, shareable and meant to be enjoyed together.”
