Taco Bell is bringing some fan-favourite menu items back to Canada

Like it or not, fall is approaching, but to ease the descent into cooler temperatures, Taco Bell is bringing the heat with the return of some nostalgic menu items to Canada.

Taco Bell is bringing some fan-favourite menu items back to Canada

Starting Sept. 3, Taco Bell will be bringing back two fan-favourite menu items that Canadians have been requesting for years, as well as another dish making its Canadian debut. For the returning favourites, restaurants across Canada will be serving the Meximelt , a throwback to the ’80s that features a warm flour tortilla filled with seasoned beef, pico de gallo, and a three-cheese blend. Also making its comeback is the Caramel Apple Empanada , with a crisp shell filled with a sweet and gooey caramel apple filling.

Lastly, the Quesarito is making its debut north of the border. Touted by the chain as “one of the most requested Taco Bell menu items,” it combines a burrito with a grilled cheese quesadilla.

All three items will be available at participating Canadian Taco Bell restaurants for a limited time, so you’ll want to move fast.
