Flower Burger Launches €1M Equity Crowdfunding Campaign to Mark Tenth Anniversary
Flower Burger , the colourful plant-based burger chain founded in Italy, is celebrating its tenth anniversary with the launch of a €1 million equity crowdfunding campaign. The campaign will run on the CrowdFundMe platform and will allow anyone to invest, from small savers to professional backers.
“A world in which every bite can be an act of love for oneself and the planet, and a good business idea.”
Those who participate will receive shares in Tobeme Srl, the firm that owns Flower Burger. The Coming Soon phase is now active, allowing those who are interested to book places on the campaign in advance and preview the rollout phase reserved for the community. Special rewards will be available to those who invest in the first days of the campaign, including merchandise, discounts, in-store experiences, and priority access to events.
Within a few days, the debut phase will start, allowing anyone to invest a minimum of close to €500. Backers will receive benefits and periodic updates on the evolution of the project. © Flower Burger “A more inclusive, colourful. Sustainable world” Over the past ten years, Flower Burger has reportedly served over ten million burgers, achieving more than €7.5 million in annual income at the group level.
The chain has as well built a community of over 200,000 people on social media, and has partnered with global brands such as Barbie, the Smurfs, and Hello Kitty. Flower Burger at present has 18 locations in Italy, with new openings planned in other European countries.
It is hoped that the crowdfunding campaign will facilitate this, while as well allowing for the development of new burgers, cheese alternatives, and more. Additionally, the capital could help to strengthen brand awareness by enabling investment in marketing campaigns. “Being part of our path means believing in a more inclusive, colourful, and sustainable world,” states Flower Burger. “A world in which every bite can be an act of love for oneself and the planet, and a good business idea.”
