Bored of Regular Fried Vermicelli? Try This Salted Egg Version, It's Really Solid!

Want to eat vermicelli but are bored with the regular version? Try Fried Vermicelli with Salted Egg! The salty taste of salted egg fat makes it even more delicious. It's simple to make. The kids will love bringing it to school.

FRIED SALTED EGG VERMICK

  • INGREDIENTS: 200gm vermicelli – soak until soft & drain
  • 3 salted egg yolks – steam/boil & mash
  • 100gm chicken fillet – cut into small pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic – chopped
  • 1/2 Holland onion – sliced ​​1/2 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1 mustard plant – cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter A little water if necessary

HOW TO COOK: 1. Heat the butter. Saute the garlic and Hollandaise onion until fragrant. Add the chicken and cook until cooked through. 2. Set the ingredients aside to the side of the pan. Crack the eggs and stir until they become scrambled eggs. 3. Add the mashed salted egg yolk. Stir over low heat until foamy and mixed with the stir-fry ingredients. 4. Add the mixed vegetables. Stir briefly. Add the oyster sauce, light soy sauce and sugar. 5. Add the vermicelli. Mix gently until the vermicelli is evenly coated with the salted egg. If it is too dry, sprinkle a little water. 6. Fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vermicelli is soft and all the ingredients are mixed. Done!
