Catfish paprika recipe is simple

Ingredients · Servings 4
  • 1 head Red Onion
  • Fat
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 pcs Tomatoes
  • 1 piece of Pepper
  • Only
  • Breast
  • 1 kg catfish fillet
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 2 dl sour cream
Method · 1 h 20 min
  1. To prepare the catfish paprika recipe, first make a stew base: sauté the chopped red onion in a little fat, then add the chopped garlic.
  2. Sprinkle with the paprika, mix thoroughly so that the spice melts in the fat. Then add the diced tomatoes and paprika, season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for at least half an hour.
  3. Then add the previously thoroughly washed and diced catfish and pour in a little water. Stir carefully and simmer under a lid for about 20 minutes.
  4. Mix the flour into the sour cream until smooth, then coat the catfish with it and bring to a boil.
  5. Catfish paprika is traditionally served with cottage cheese sauce.
