  • 5 dkg Walnuts
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 25 dkg Mozzarella

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chicken breast slices cut into strips.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and add the basil. Fry until white.
  3. Mix the mascarpone with the cream and season with crushed garlic.
  4. Place the meat in a small baking dish, cover with the mascarpone-cream mixture, sprinkle with the chopped walnuts and sliced ​​sun-dried tomatoes. Finally, add the sliced ​​mozzarella.
