Warming stew with white beans and Chistorra
A really tasty and warming stew that is so easy to make. You can enjoy this dish both on weekdays and on the weekend, and thanks to the Chistorra it gets a lot of flavor.
Ingredients · Servings 4
- 1 pack Nonna Elide Chistorra
- 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 480 g cooked large white beans
- 7 dl chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
- 1 bay leaf
- 2-3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 200 g kale, chopped
- salt
- black pepper

Method · 30 min
- Slice the Chistorra into pieces and fry in a pot over medium heat. When the sausage has browned, set aside.
- Fry finely chopped onion and carrot in the same pot for about 10 minutes. Add chicken broth and spices and bring to a boil.
- Rinse the beans in cold water and add to the pot. Let cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the kale and Chistorra and bring to a boil.
- Serve with shaved parmesan and preferably some good bread. Yum!
