No more cherries on the bottom of the pan, snacks made like this are really special, I even take them to the office
I make these cherry snacks that don't fall to the bottom of the pan once a week now, and they gobble them up straight away!
Ready for a new recipe? Today I'm sharing a recipe for cherry snacks. With my recipe, the cherries don't sink into the batter—what a healthy snack!
Instead of the usual snacks or treats, opt for these—there's nothing healthier or tastier. Cherries are available right now, so why not take advantage of them? Put on your apron and get to work.

grated peel of an untreated lemon
10 g of baking powder
350 g of pitted cherries
butter to taste
Cherry snack recipe
To prepare these snacks, start by washing the whole cherries, drying them, removing the stem and pit, and placing them in a bowl. Wash the lemon and remove the peel, then set aside.
Then put the sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat with an electric whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the sifted flour, mix well, and then add the sunflower oil, baking powder, and grated lemon zest. Continue mixing until the mixture is smooth and even.
We butter the pan and flour it, then we add 2 tablespoons of sugar and distribute the cherries with the dome facing the bottom.
Once it's done, add the batter and the remaining cherries, level it well, and then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes. Always test with a toothpick to ensure the cake is cooked through, then turn it off.
Let cool completely, then remove from the mold. Arrange them neatly on a serving plate and cut into small pieces. Set aside and enjoy. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Enjoy your breakfast!
