Preparation of cream donut cakes
To make this delicious, super-soft recipe, you really only need a little: first, in a bowl, combine the eggs and sugar and, using a whisk, mix until the mixture is light and fluffy. Then, gradually add the oil and cream, until the ingredients are well combined.
Once the mixture is well combined and smooth, add the sifted flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Continue kneading the dough until the ingredients are completely combined. Then, use a baking sheet to scrape together any remaining mixture from the sides.
Get special molds, preferably donut-shaped ones, as pictured. Butter them and bake them. Pour the mixture into them, filling them a little more than halfway. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the molds. Remove from the oven when golden brown and let them cool completely before decorating with a dusting of powdered sugar. Of course, you can then fill them with whatever you like. Enjoy!
