Puffed rice dessert

This dessert is made with dark and milk chocolate, butter, and puffed rice. It won't take you long to make, and is perfect as an afternoon snack or when you have guests. A delicious snack that everyone will enjoy, especially the little ones. We recommend dividing it into small portions for easier enjoyment.

One cube leads to another, let's discover our quick recipe!

450 g 90% dark chocolate

100 g of milk chocolate

100 g puffed rice

20 g butter

To make this dessert, start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper, then melt the dark and milk chocolate in a double boiler, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Add the diced butter and mix well.

Pour the puffed rice into a large bowl and add the melted chocolate in a bain-marie, mix and pour into the baking tray lined with baking paper, then level with a spatula and leave to cool in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Once the time has passed, remove from the fridge, cut into pieces and serve on a cake stand and enjoy.

Enjoy your meal!
