Layered Brie “Cheesecake” Appetizer

This layered Brie “cheesecake” appetizer transforms creamy Brie rounds and sweet jam into a stunning no-bake party centerpiece that’s as easy as it is impressive.

Ingredients · Servings 16
  • 2 (8-ounce) Brie cheese wheels
  • 3 tablespoons fruit jam or preserves of choice
  • fresh berry, for garnish
  • edible flower, for garnish
  • cracker, for serving
Method · 15 min
  1. Cut the Brie wheels in half horizontally to create 4 rounds.
  2. Place 1 Brie round, rind side down, on a serving board or a cake stand. Spread 1 tablespoon jam evenly on top of the cheese. Top with another Brie round, and spread with 1 tablespoon jam. Repeat once more with another Brie round and the remaining 1 tablespoon jam. Place the fourth Brie round on top, rind side up.
  3. Garnish the top of the “cheesecake” with fresh fruit and edible flowers. Decorate around the “cheesecake” with crackers on the serving board.
  4. Slice the “cheesecake” evenly into 16 wedges, and serve with the crackers.
  5. Enjoy!
