Japan-Viral Mocchurin Mochi Donuts To Launch In SG For A Limited Time

If you’ve been keeping up with Japan’s latest dessert trends, chances are you’ve seen the Mocchurin Mochi Donuts taking over social media. After drawing long queues and selling out across Japan earlier this year, the viral treats are finally arriving in Singapore.

Available at all Mister Donut outlets from 1 July to 31 August 2026, the limited-edition doughnuts are made with rice flour for an ultra-soft, extra-chewy texture that’s said to be even softer than traditional mochi. Do note that only limited quantities will be available each day.

There are three flavours to choose from, each priced at $3. Those who enjoy traditional Japanese flavours can opt for the Mocchurin Kinako, coated in fragrant roasted soybean flour. For something heartier, consider the Mocchurin Red Bean, filled with smooth Hokkaido red bean paste and finished with a dusting of icing sugar.

If you’re a black sesame fan, don’t miss the Mocchurin Double Sesame, which combines a rich black sesame filling with toasted white sesame seeds for extra nuttiness. Can’t decide?

Grab the Mocchurin Mochi Bundle ($8, U.P. $9), which includes one of each flavour. As these doughnuts require a more specialised preparation process, they’re excluded from Mister Donut’s usual six-piece and 10-piece bundle deals.

The Mocchurin Mochi Donuts will be available at all Mister Donut outlets islandwide from 1 July to 31 August 2026, while stocks last. We recommend you get your hands on the limited-edition doughnuts before they’re taken off the menu!

This isn’t the first time Mister Donut has released limited-edition treats in Singapore. In October 2025, the chain launched its bubble tea-inspired doughnuts.
