“Motif shares that belief, so we’re excited to partner with them again and give Coolgreens fans a sneak peek at what we believe is the best plant-based cheese coming to the market.”

The dairy-free cheese will be available exclusively at Coolgreens’ Delray Beach, FL location beginning Nov. 15th. ‘We’re excited…to give Coolgreens fans a sneak peek at what we believe is the best plant-based cheese coming to the marketplace” Motif’s cheese will be offered on Coolgreen’s signature Avocado Crunch sandwich and Southwest salad, as well as the non-vegan Chicken Fresca sandwich. We want to change that at Motif,” Stefan Baier, Motif’s Head of Food Science, commented last year.

The startup has pulled in $345M to scale its cutting-edge plant-based food tech. Before that, Motif and Coolgreens partnered to trial Motif BeefWorks™ Plant-Based Burger products at the chain’s restaurants.
