That said, ProVeg UK explains the country is currently lagging behind other European nations when it comes to promoting healthy, climate-friendly food. The food awareness organisation has just published a policy briefing detailing how the UK could adopt best practice approaches from other countries and incorporate them into the “Good Food Cycle” strategy.

Ensure schools, hospitals and other public settings provide healthy, plant-rich meals.
