We’re not sure what the menu will be, but going to the label’s Instagram post , one can expect their signature sando, cream buns, and coffee.

Over at their original location in Outram Park, their Hokkaido Wagyu Beef Patty ($20++) sando is a must-try. It stars a thick Wagyu patty slathered in a savoury and tangy hamburg sauce. Their Dashimaki Mentai Tamago ($14++) is not to be missed, too.

This stacked sandwich comprises tamagoyaki paired with a creamy mentaiko mayo and fresh veggies. In case you didn’t know, Pipes by Hattendo first kicked off as a Japanese confectionery shop in Hiroshima, circa 1933.

The bakery then developed their signature shokupan method that’s made with premium French butter and Japanese flour. Till today, this special bread is an key component in their famous sandwiches!

These desserts buns will be available at the upcoming pop-up. We’ll update this article once we get more information, but in the meantime, check out our Great World food guide for more food recommendations in the mall!
