School snacks that kids will love!
September is the month that brings many new beginnings, such as the new school year. But do you know what remains the same and unchanged every year? The anxiety of parents to find ideas for delicious food during recess, so that the school lunches do not come home full.

We all agree that breakfast should be:
- nutritious, to give children the energy they need throughout the day.
- practical, so that it can be eaten easily without the help of an adult.
- Be quick, because your time is limited.
- safe, meaning it won't spoil if left out of the refrigerator.
It would also be good to have a variety of snacks, so that children don't get bored and don't... snicker at their classmates' snacks. And a tip: the prettier the snack, the more tempting it is for children. So, get lunch boxes with their favorite heroes, and decorate their contents by making simple designs with cookie cutters, colored parchment paper and ribbons or colorful rubber bands.
And now to our topic! Which recipes will make your little ones go crazy?
"Fruit" Chapter! Here I have a creative way for your kids to eat bananas and -who knows?- you might think of ideas for other fruits too.
Bars are always a great choice, especially the ones I recommend, which owe all their sweetness to dates.
Tortillas from your little hands, in which you can hide... er... I mean put ingredients inside that children don't easily eat!
Kids love cakes! This sugar-free cake I'm showing you here is super delicious and doesn't even require a mixer.
And since we've got the cakes, here's a savory recipe with yogurt and roasted vegetables, so you don't have to fight to convince your little ones to eat them!
We can't get enough of it, young and old! Of course, I'm talking about banana bread, and here I have a healthy recipe for you to make it more often!
Muffins ala... Greek with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and olives! Tip: don't give it all to the kids, keep some for yourself too!
The products from the cafeteria are always very tempting for children, unless they have a pie with handmade kourou dough and a cream cheese and turkey filling in their snack!
These cookies with chocolate, olive oil and honey are a favorite delicacy, since they have nothing to envy from those with sugar and butter!
And as a bonus, a recipe for a healthy hazelnut praline spread, which I thought up exclusively for my little friends!
And if these recipes didn't satisfy you - and I mean, if - you can find many more in the "Children's" category of the site and choose the right ones for your little one!
Happy school year!
