Cottage cheese casserole with grapes

Cottage cheese casserole with grapes

Gather all the ingredients listed and begin preparing the cottage cheese casserole with grapes. In this recipe, the fat content and dryness of the cottage cheese don't matter much. We'll be adding a little rice flour to the dough.

Place the cottage cheese into the bowl.

Add one egg and Greek yogurt (you can substitute low-fat sour cream). You can add a little more sugar if desired.

Using an immersion blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.

Add a small amount of rice flour and mix thoroughly.

Wash the grapes, remove the seeds, and cut into small pieces. Add the grapes to the dough.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Transfer the dough into it and place it in a preheated oven.

Bake the casserole at 165 degrees Celsius for about 40-45 minutes. The exact time will depend on the size of the pan and its volume.

The casserole will rise considerably during baking, and the top may crack slightly. It will also settle slightly after you remove it from the oven; this is completely normal.

Thanks to the small amount of flour in the composition, the casserole holds its shape well and is easy to cut both warm and cold.

My cottage cheese casserole with grapes turned out just the right amount of sweet, with the grapes adding a pleasant juiciness and sweetness. At the same time, the casserole is quite light and healthy.
