Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: approximately 35/40 minutes.
Ingredients 8 servings
- 600 g of
- 00 flour
- 100 ml of milk
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 250 g of yogurt
- 4 eggs
- 140 g of honey
- 25 g of baking powder
- 15 g of vanilla essence
Preparation of the Honey and Vanilla Cake
To make this tasty and fluffy recipe is very simple and very quick, first pour the eggs into a large bowl and with the help of an electric whisk begin to beat, gradually adding the honey, mixing well until the mixture becomes light and frothy.
Separately, soften the mascarpone with a fork and fold it into the egg mixture, continuing to mix. Then, add the vanilla, yogurt, and milk. Once the mixture is smooth, add the flour a spoonful at a time. Only when it has been completely absorbed into the mixture, add the yeast and give it a final mix.
Once it has reached a creamy, dense, and smooth consistency, it's finally ready. Pour the mixture into a 25-centimeter cake pan, greased and floured, or better yet, lined with parchment paper, and bake for about 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius in a convection oven. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool before removing from the pan and serving. To best preserve it, you can wrap it in foil, and we guarantee its softness and aroma will remain intact for up to a week.
