🍑Waffles with peaches and whipped cream

Looking for a unique breakfast or sweet afternoon snack? These fluffy waffles with juicy peaches🍑 and delicate whipped cream delight not only with their taste but also with their appearance.

The secret to successful waffles is a carefully prepared batter made with milk, water, and eggs, which makes them crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This simple recipe is perfect for both a lazy weekend breakfast and a summer get-together with loved ones.

Serve the waffles while still warm, with a generous dollop of homemade whipped cream and extra slices of fresh peaches. It's a dessert that's hard to resist!

Below are some of my favorite suggestions for homemade waffles:

How to make good waffle dough?

Step 1: Pour the milk, water, oil, and eggs into a bowl. Pour the dry ingredients into a separate bowl and sift them into the wet ingredients.

Step 2 Mix briefly until ingredients are combined.

Step 3: Preheat your waffle iron. Before the first use, brush it with oil. Pour a spoonful of batter onto the waffle iron and arrange the peaches on top.

Step 4 Pour batter over the peach halves.

Step 5 Close the waffle iron and bake for about 5 minutes until the dough is golden brown.

How to whip cream well?

Step 6 Pour the well-chilled heavy cream into a bowl. Add the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix first on low speed, then on high speed, until the cream is stiff. By the end of whipping, it will have started to pull away from the sides of the bowl.
