Ingredients

  • 100 g of oat flakes
  • 120 g of flour
  • 120 g of butter
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 50 g of chopped almonds
  • 50 g of raisins
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder A pinch of salt A teaspoon of liquid vanilla

Preparation of oatmeal, almond and raisin biscuits

To make these delicious cookies, start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Begin by preparing the dough by combining the oats, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, stirring until smooth.

In another bowl, combine the softened butter, sugar, and vanilla and mix until creamy, incorporating the egg. Then, begin incorporating the dry ingredients. Continue mixing until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.

At this point, you can add the chopped almonds and raisins to the mixture, stirring gently until the mixture is smooth and ready. Then, take small portions of the dough and shape them into small balls, flattening them slightly with the palm of your hand and shaping them into biscuits. Arrange the biscuits one by one on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let them cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
