Locally, it has obtained FDA approval and tradema

The Bibimbap partnered with Thailand's largest retailer, CP Group, to develop 'Bibimbap Sausage' and launched it through over 15,000 Seven Eleven stores across Thailand.

This product is characterized by capturing the authentic taste of bibimbap, containing real rice grains, carrots, mushrooms, spinach, and more.

The product development stemmed from a shared consensus between the two companies to enable many Thai consumers to easily and conveniently enjoy Korean food in their daily lives. It combines The Bibimbap's expertise in Korean cuisine and bibimbap with CP Group's capabilities in sausage product development, production, and distribution.

Thailand is also a place where sausages are familiar, to the extent that there are traditional regional sausages such as Sai Ua and Sai Krok Isan.

As interest in Korean food menus such as bibimbap, gimbap, tteokbokki, and samgyeopsal has grown through the Korean Wave, The Bibimbap plans to further expand the points of contact for Korean food in daily life in Thailand through this product.

Jeon Chang-kwan, CEO of The Bibimbap, said, “I find it very meaningful that bibimbap, a representative Korean dish, has met sausage, which is familiar to Thai consumers, to be reborn as a new form of K-food.” He added, “Through this bibimbap sausage, developed in collaboration with CP Group, we will continue to strive to elevate the status of Korean cuisine in Thailand so that Thai consumers can easily encounter and love Korean food even more in the everyday setting of 7-Eleven.”

Norachai Rattana Ban Chwin, Vice President of CPF, expressed his aspirations, stating, “Having pursued innovation in sausages, we have expanded our product development scope by incorporating ‘Bibimbap,’ a representative Korean dish. Moving forward, we will continue to provide differentiated K-Food experiences based on the food development expertise of both companies.”

Meanwhile, The Bibimbap is introducing Korean food and culture locally by showcasing a variety of Korean dishes centered around bibimbap, including kimchi stew, soft tofu stew, gimbap, tteokbokki, and samgyeopsal.
