Aldonza Gourmet arrives in Mexico with wines, olive oil, saffron and cheeses from Castilla-La Mancha
The Aldonza brand, from Albacete, lands in Mexico with a selection of wines, cava, extra virgin olive oil, saffron and artisanal cheeses with certifications such as IFS and BRC.
Aldonza was born in the municipality of Munera, in Albacete, an area with a strong agricultural tradition located in the landscape that inspired Miguel de Cervantes to write Don Quixote. In this environment, the brand cultivates more than 2,100 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and saffron fields.
The land is located within a nature reserve that is home to the world's largest concentration of Juniperus sabina (juniper), a wild plant that contributes to the distinctive character of the ecosystem and, consequently, of its products.
The name pays homage to the region's cultural heritage: it is a tribute to the literary character who embodies the idealized love of Don Quixote, and also to the land, to constant effort, and to the value of one's roots. This identity is reflected in every product: distinctive signature wines, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, hand-picked, high-purity saffron, and cheeses made using traditional aging methods.
The products are manufactured under high quality standards and hold international certifications such as IFS and BRC. Their arrival in Mexico reflects the growing interest in authentic, traceable ingredients.
