There’s always something new and exciting to look forward to at Genki Sushi—from Wagyu sushi to 1-for-1 deals, and now, a new crab series launched just in time for National Day!

The popular chain is rolling out their all-new Chilli Crab and Snow Crab dishes, available from 3 August to 17 September 2023. If you’re a big chilli crab fan, head down to one of their outlets to try the five exclusive themed dishes.

Kick things off with some Fries with Chilli Crab Sauce ($5.30++), perfect as a snack before your mains. Otherwise, try the Chilli Soft Shell Crab ($9.30++): deep-fried soft shell crab paired with the same chilli crab sauce for dipping.

Should you want more sauce, top up $1.90++ for an extra portion! There’s also a Fiery Chilli Snow Crab Maki ($5.30++), a single piece of sushi starring a crab claw drenched in the sweet-savoury chilli crab sauce.

Then, fill up with the Chilli Snow Crab Maki ($5.30++): four pieces of maki topped with chilli crab sauce, sweet snow crab meat, and deep-fried batter for added crunch. If all these aren’t enough, order a portion of Chilli Snow Crab Mini Udon ($5.60++): chewy udon noodles doused in chilli crab sauce, finished with even more crab meat for good measure.

For even more crustacean goodness, check out Genki Sushi’s Snow Crab series. The Snow Crab Chawanmushi ($4.90++) is a delicious must-order; this Japanese steamed egg comes with prawns, fish cake, sweet crab meat, and crab miso for extra umami.

Over on the sushi front, share the Snow Crab Zanmai Gunkan ($5.90++), a premium trio of boat-shaped sushi with toppings such as ikura, crab miso, and scallop wasabi. Alternatively, get the Snow Crab Avocado Sushi ($3.90++), which combines creamy avocado slices with crab meat and ikura for a burst of umami.

There’s also the Jumbo Snow Crab Leg ($4.90++) for a simpler combination that spotlights the natural sweetness of the crab. The Premium Snow Crab Mini Don ($6.90++) is another item worth ordering if you want something light yet satisfying! Round up your meal with a slice of the all-new Matcha Mille Crepe ($3.90++).

This decadent dessert features a rich matcha cream stacked between light fluffy crepe cake layers for the ultimate treat. To celebrate the launch of the Snow Crab series, there’ll also be a Snow Crab Ice Cream ($6.60++) for sale.
