Dipndip: New Savoury Menu At This Famous Chocolate Cafe In VivoCity

Back when dipndip Singapore opened at VivoCity in December 2023, the cafe was met with much fanfare. This time, the world-famous dessert cafe is back with an all-new savoury menu.

Dipndip: New Savoury Menu At This Famous Chocolate Cafe In VivoCity

Expect a good mix of sandwiches, crepes, thin pizzas and more, all under $20++. There are 19 items to choose from. The Beef Waffle Quesadillas ($16.80++) features beef tenderloin chunks, bell peppers, and cheese, held together by a tortilla wrap before it’s pressed between a waffle maker.

The results are toasty edges with a gooey, cheesy middle, along with tender beef chunks in each bite. Those who love the brand’s sweet crepes will be happy to know that these are now available in savoury flavours.

For instance, the Croque Monsieur ($16.80++) features a made-to-order crepe layered with turkey, cheese, fresh mushrooms, and dipndip’s house-made sauce. We enjoyed the combination of fillings but found the crepe a little too doughy.

For something heartier, get the Steak Sandwich ($17.80++), served with chips on the side. This hefty sandwich comprises creamy beef slices, caramelised onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and arugula, packed between two slices of brioche toast.

It’s then topped with a generous drizzle of truffle mayo for extra umami. DipnDip also has a small range of tortilla pizzas, with classic toppings such as Smoked Turkey and Cheese ($14.80++) and Pepperoni ($12.80++).

Enjoy it fresh, while the thin tortilla base is still slightly crispy. End your meal on a sweet note with their popular Frozen Cheesecake Pops ($15.80++), served with a milk chocolate dipping sauce and mini M&Ms.

These cheesecake sticks were rich and creamy, with a slight tang that paired well with the sweet chocolate sauce. We also recommend their Lotus Milkshake ($13.80++), which was creamy and thick, yet not too sweet.

Do note that the savoury menu is only available from 12pm onwards. Check out our VivoCity food guide for more recommendations in the mall! Otherwise, read all about Waffle Aunty, a snack kiosk in Pasir Ris and Kovan with cute egglets and waffles.
