Easy Two-Ingredient Fruit Sorbet (No Ice Cream Machine)

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • 2 cups strawberry, stems removed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups grapes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups diced mango
  • 2 tablespoons honey
Method · 2 h 15 min
  1. Place the fruit in an airtight container and freeze for 2 hours.
  2. Transfer the frozen fruit to a blender or food processor. Add the lemon juice, lime juice, or honey, depending on which sorbet you are making, and pulse until completely smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
  3. Pulse the frozen fruit until smooth.
  4. Scoop into bowls and serve immediately.
  5. Enjoy!
